Step 3 – Prepare for the Visit
Choose a quiet room, have a favourite blanket ready, decide on after-care preferences.
Step 4 – The Home Visit
Dr. Singh arrives quietly, offers a gentle sedative so your pet drifts to sleep, then—when you’re ready—administers the final painless injection.
Step 5 – After-Care Arrangements
We can transport your pet for communal or private cremation. Foam paw-print keepsakes or fur clippings are complimentary. A range of wood, metal, and eco-friendly urns is available.
Step 6 – Follow-Up & Grief Support
You’ll receive a kind follow-up message plus local grief resources. Private-cremation ashes are ready for pick-up in 7–10 days (home delivery via Gateway takes 2–4 weeks).

What cremation options do you offer?
Choose private cremation (ashes returned) or communal cremation (no ashes returned). We carry wood, metal, keepsake urns and several eco-friendly choices.
Can we keep a paw-print or fur clipping?
Yes. A soft foam paw-print and fur clipping are complimentary upon request.
How long until ashes are returned?
Pick-up from Windsor Precious Pet Cremation: about 7–10 business days. Home delivery via Gateway Pet Memorial: typically 2–4 weeks.
Do you arrange other memorial keepsakes?
We partner with local providers for urn engraving, paw-print jewellery and photo frames—ask us for options and pricing.
