Step 3 – Prepare for the Visit

Choose a quiet room, have a favourite blanket ready, decide on after-care preferences.

🏡

Step 4 – The Home Visit

Dr. Singh arrives quietly, offers a gentle sedative so your pet drifts to sleep, then—when you’re ready—administers the final painless injection.

🌸

Step 5 – After-Care Arrangements

We can transport your pet for communal or private cremation. Foam paw-print keepsakes or fur clippings are complimentary. A range of wood, metal, and eco-friendly urns is available.

🤍

Step 6 – Follow-Up & Grief Support

You’ll receive a kind follow-up message plus local grief resources. Private-cremation ashes are ready for pick-up in 7–10 days (home delivery via Gateway takes 2–4 weeks).

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you serve areas outside Windsor?

Yes—Tecumseh, LaSalle, Amherstburg and most of Essex County for a small travel fee.

Will my pet feel any pain?

No. A gentle sedative ensures complete relaxation before the final medication is given.

How much notice do you need?

Same-day visits are often possible. Evenings and weekends book quickest, so call early if you can.

Can other pets be present?

Yes. Familiar scents and companions often keep the patient calm and help the household grieve together.

What forms of payment do you accept?

E-transfer, credit card, or cash at the time of service.
